Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging content such as project updates, property highlights, customer testimonials, and promotional posts.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research related to real estate projects and local property markets.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Website & Landing Page Management
- Coordinate website updates and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
Content Marketing
- Develop content strategies for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create compelling property descriptions, marketing copies, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign insights and market trends.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Support online reputation management and customer reviews.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Social media marketing and content planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate, Property Consulting, Construction, or Channel Partner Industry will be preferred.
