Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on high-capacity industrial machinery, including textile motors, CNC machines, and automated assembly lines.
- Power Distribution: Manage and monitor the industrial unit's power supply, including transformers, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and switchgear.
- Control Systems: Troubleshoot and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA systems commonly used in local factories like Chenab Textiles or packaging units.
- Project Supervision: Oversee the installation of new electrical panels, wiring, and electronic sensing equipment during plant upgrades.
- Energy Audit: Implement energy-saving measures to reduce the operational costs of the facility—a high priority for heavy industries in the Ghatti area.
