Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Salesperson (Field Sales). The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, managing enquiries, conducting property tours including on weekends and holidays, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks also include advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, along with generating and following up on leads.

Qualifications
· Experience in Sales and Property transactions preferred
- Strong Customer Service and relationship skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bengaluru is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
Other Criteria
· Should be willing to work on weekends and holidays; and take a weekday off
- Should have her/ his own transport
- Should have her/ his own laptop
Salary Package
· Fixed Salary (Rs.30k) plus very exciting incentives per sale
