Work with Growing Restaurant Brand in Mumbai....
Role:
1. Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, serve food/beverages with correct etiquette
2. Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, clear plates, reset for next guest
3. Punch KOTs in POS, handle split bills, manage cash/card/UPI payments
4. Should be aware of Menu -Know ingredients, allergens, cooking methods, today’s specials + upsell points
5. Suggest add-ons, specials, desserts, beverages to increase check size
Follow SOP for welcome, order taking, serving, guest feedback, farewell
Key Skills Required:
1. Polite communication
2. Basic English communication
3. Highly energetic and proactive in role
