Work Mode: Weekly once work from Hyderabad or Pune office

Primary Skills: AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
Secondary Skills: Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | REST APIs
We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Lead + Java with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies and solid backend development experience in Java ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement scalable solution designs
- Lead and mentor junior developers while contributing hands-on to development
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews & optimization initiatives
- Build scalable backend services and integrate APIs across platforms
- Ensure security, coding standards & performance best practices
Primary skills required:
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud technologies (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure & high-performance applications on AWS
- Strong development experience using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations
- Ability to guide application architecture, coding standards & development best practices
Technical Expertise:
- Database schema design & optimization (SQL / NoSQL)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Testing frameworks & performance optimization
- Understanding of UI frameworks and frontend integrations
