About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support & Integration Developer to manage IT support, provide technical support, develop internal applications, automate business processes, and integrate various business systems.
The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in software development, system integrations, and API-based solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving technical challenges, building automation tools, developing internal applications, and improving business efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, permissions, and IT assets.
- Develop and maintain internal applications and automation tools.
- Build and manage API integrations between different business platforms.
- Create dashboards, reports, and database solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Maintain technical documentation and support IT security best practices.
- Assist with software deployment, backups, and system maintenance.
Required Skills
- Experience with Python, PHP, JavaScript, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
- Knowledge of Windows administration and network troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools.
- ERP, CRM, or HRMS integrations.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Workflow automation and AI tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Software Development, System Integration, or Technical Support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
