Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Design
- Partner with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure enhancement and integration requirements are fully defined and documented.
- Assist in identifying and documenting data migration requirements.
- Review business and functional requirements to assess technical feasibility and recommend solution approaches.
- Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to evaluate gaps and define high-level and detailed technical designs.
- Provide effort estimates for enhancements, integrations, and technical development activities.
- Understand and support key system performance requirements.
Development
- Independently design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within D365 F&O.
- Prepare detailed technical design documentation prior to development.
- Follow established development standards, best practices, and quality expectations.
- Support environment management, code migration, build processes, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to go-live planning and technical deployment strategy.
Testing, Deployment, and Support
- Perform unit testing to ensure developed solutions meet quality standards before delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues, execute application traces, and perform performance tuning as needed.
- Support execution of deployment and go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and successful adoption of new processes.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead or manage assigned technical workstreams.
- Mentor junior team members and support team development.
- Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and service-focused team environment.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
