AI Catalyst – Trainee (Job Profile)
An AI Catalyst – Trainee is an entry-level role focused on identifying, implementing, and optimizing Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. The role combines AI tools, automation, business analysis, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and experiment with AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms.
* Identify business processes that can be improved through AI.
* Develop AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
* Assist in creating AI-powered applications, dashboards, and reporting systems.
* Work with different departments to understand business challenges and suggest AI-based solutions.
* Test, document, and optimize AI implementations.
* Support AI adoption and training across teams.
* Required Skills
* Basic understanding of Generative AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.
* Knowledge of prompt engineering.
* Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.
* Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, SQL preferred).
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
Qualification
Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
