NSP Logistic is seeking an experienced Computer Operator cum Accounts Executive to join its Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, MIS reporting, and financial data management. The role requires strong expertise in Tally, MS Excel, cost analysis .
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
* Record accounting entries in Tally and reconcile bank, customer, and vendor accounts.
* Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment entries, and financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS & other necessary reports
* Maintain logistics-related operational and financial records.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital documentation.
* Coordinate with various departments for timely collection and submission of reports.
* Support management with financial analysis and operational insights.
* Ensure proper filing, documentation, and confidentiality of financial records.
Requirements
* B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, MIS, or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and MS Office.
* Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
* Experience in preparing MIS reports, cost reports, profitability analysis, and management reports.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
