Job Title: Construction Supervisor (Commercial Projects)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from start to completion. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at commercial project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly
- Maintain project documentation, including reports and logs
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+years of experience in commercial construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial buildings Highrise bulding
- Knowledge of project management tools/software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
