- Manage and maintain customer and distributor databases accurately.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PI), sales orders, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Dispatch, Production, and Accounts departments for timely order processing.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation before dispatch.
- Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and the company website.
- Maintain records of enquiries, orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and submit them to management.
- Update product price lists, promotional schemes, and customer records as instructed.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, transport receipts, and other company documents.
- Support the sales team by providing product information, stock availability, and order status.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, confirmations, and payment-related matters.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP/CRM software and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare reports related to sales performance, customer enquiries, and dispatch activities.
- Assist HR and Administration with documentation and other office-related tasks whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and customer information.
- Perform any other administrative or operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹15,091.63 - ₹22,493.03 per month
