IT Technician – Multi-Branch Operations
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to manage and support IT infrastructure across 10 branches. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and peripherals across all branches.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and resolve IT issues remotely and on-site as required.
- Manage system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and data security.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procurement, and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of all branch IT systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing multiple locations/branches is preferred.
- Hospital or healthcare IT experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel between branches when required.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,336.71 per month
