Penal Interest Calculation for policyholder’s payouts.
Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations
NPS Detractors analysis and take corrective action plan to improve the process.
Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement along with implementation.
Open audit points to be closed within timeline and ensure timely submission of self-identified issues.
Responsible for various daily activities like sending SMS, Emails, WhatsApp to Policyholders and tracking.
Responsible for handling field queries related to payouts/penal.
SOP’s updation.
Company Initiated Payout request processing
Measure of Success:
Reduction in Penal interest
NPS Target -75%
Timely reporting of Dashboard/MIS
Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations.
Keep update on Audit Points and Timelines.
Timely SOP updation and maintenance
Desired qualifications and experience:
Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background Professional qualification.
Good Knowledge of Ingenium Application.
Must have a minimum of 6-8 years in Insurance and handling the team.
FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT
Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 have completed 12 months in the current role.
Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 have completed 18 months in the current role.
