Role Objective
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and employee onboarding process for white-collar positions. The role involves sourcing and attracting top talent, coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring seamless onboarding, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting employee lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment databases, open position tracker, and hiring reports.
Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct induction programs for new employees.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Coordinate with the IT team for laptop allocation, email creation, and system access.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate confirmation processes.
- Support new employees during onboarding and probation.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
