Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and maintain business applications. The candidate should be able to monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, handle production incidents, and work with databases to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor applications and resolve production issues.
Handle incident tickets and provide timely updates to users and stakeholders.
Analyse application errors and troubleshoot functional or data-related issues.
Work with databases for data validation and issue investigation.
Coordinate with development and internal teams for issue resolution.
Support production deployments and perform validation checks.
Maintain support documents, issue trackers, and reports.
Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA timelines.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
Basic understanding of databases.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ticketing/support tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of SQL/No-SQL basics or relational databases.
Knowledge of incident management/support processes.
Basic understanding of APIs or application workflows.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
