Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical

Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical will undergo a 6-month structured training program to develop practical skills in hydraulic systems, industrial automation, manufacturing, assembly, quality, testing, and field service. During the training period, the trainee will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in product assembly, hydraulic system testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the working principles of hydraulic systems, hydraulic power packs, cylinders, pumps, valves, manifolds, and hydraulic components.
- Assist in assembly, testing, inspection, and quality checks of hydraulic products.
- Support hydraulic system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Assist in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) of hydraulic systems.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Support production planning, process improvement, and quality initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and service documentation.
- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and engineering practices.
- Support senior engineers during customer site visits, installation, and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Fluid Power, Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing Processes.
- Understanding of Hydraulic Pumps, Valves, Cylinders, Power Packs, and Industrial Equipment.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and engineering documents.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for training, installation, commissioning, and customer support.
Training Outcome
Upon successful completion of the 6-month training program, trainees demonstrating satisfactory technical knowledge and performance may be considered for confirmation as Application Engineer, Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Service Engineer, or Sales & Application Engineer, based on business requirements and individual performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
