Key Responsibilities

Create and modify 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings of mechanical components and assemblies using Creo.

Understand design requirements and develop design concepts, packaging layouts and engineering solutions.

Perform basic engineering calculations to support design activities.

Execute assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.

Proactively identify and resolve design-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Participate in technical reviews and internal meetings, providing innovative solutions to design challenges.

Manage engineering changes, revisions, and new releases through PLM systems such as Windchill or equivalent platforms.

Prepare and maintain process documentation for new workflows and engineering procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.

Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and schedules.
Skills and Experience Required

Experience Range: 2–4 Years
-
Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related branches.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes including:
Plastic, Sheet Metal, Casting and Machining

Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.

Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
