Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer cash, card, cheque, and online payment transactions accurately.
- Generate receipts and maintain daily cash collection records.
- Verify and reconcile cash balances at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with Accounts and other departments regarding payment updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and transaction records.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.
- Address customer payment-related queries professionally.
- Follow company financial procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
