To act as an operational extension of the CMD, ensuring decisions translate into consistent action across departments, driving strategic projects, overseeing communication flows, and maintaining alignment between business execution and long-term vision. This role represents the CMD in meetings, ensures deliverables are executed, and maintains transparency, pace and discipline across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
1) Email, Communication & Decision Proxy
- Review CMD emails and take independent action wherever authorized
- Draft, respond, escalate, or delegate matters with clarity and ownership
- Maintain communication discipline within all internal and external interactions
- Act as the first point of filtration and information-gatekeeper
2) Vision Execution & Operational Control
- Monitor ongoing activities across departments relative to vision, goals, KPIs
- Identify deviations, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or misalignments
- Ensure teams close loops on commitments, deadlines, deliverables
- Create accountability dashboards, trackers and weekly briefing reports
3) Meeting Representation & Follow-Through Ownership
- Attend meetings on behalf of CMD where required
- Represent company priorities accurately and with authority
- Document actionable, assign owners, follow up until closure
- Conduct pre-brief and post-brief sessions to ensure sync with CMD
4) Strategic Projects & Business Development
- Lead or assist in new initiatives under CMD’s direction
- Conduct research, benchmarking, project proposals, financial implications
- Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders to move results faster
- Track progress and present weekly reviews
5) Process & Culture Stewardship
- Strengthen operational discipline, documentation and SOP compliance
- Help reinforce ownership mindset across teams
- Maintain confidentiality, ethics and high judgement capacity

Experience & Qualifications
- 5–15 years’ experience in business operations, consulting, strategy or EA+ roles
- Preferably MBA or equivalent experience in business management
- Experience dealing directly with Founders or CXOs is an advantage
- Should be able to travel and manage long operational hours when necessary

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
