Hari Sales Corporation is a leading industrial trading company dealing in industrial valves, power transmission products, piping solutions, and engineering supplies. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our sales and office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer quotations in ERP/Excel/Word.
- Handle daily computer and office operations.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders, and related documents.
- Maintain customer and product databases.
- Update price lists and product information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain digital records and filing systems.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform other office administrative and computer-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of email drafting and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours - Monday to Saturday
Full-time, Work from office only
