We are a growing freelancing company looking for a beginner/fresher to join our team. You do not need years of experience or high-end technical skills. If you have a basic understanding of social media and a willingness to learn, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Managing accounts for various clients (basic tasks like following/unfollowing, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience).
- Graphic Design: Creating simple image posts for clients using Canva, AI tools, or other basic content creation software/tools.
- Video Creation: Making and editing basic short videos using AI tools (like Gemini, Google Vids/Flow, Higgsfield, etc.) and simple video editing apps.
Requirements:
- Fresher or beginner (No heavy experience required).
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or a strong interest in learning AI tools for image and video creation.
- Eager to learn and work consistently.
Salary & Growth:
- Starting Salary: ₹8,000 per month.
- Salary Hike: Your performance will be reviewed, and your salary will be increased after 3 to 6 months of work.
