Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Manage and grow the distributor and retail network in the assigned area.

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.

Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs and monitor competitors.

Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and availability at all outlets.

Conduct product training for retailers and distributors.

Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and sales team members.

Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely payment collections.

Work with the marketing team for local promotional activities.

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care field sales.

Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer management.

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Self-motivated and ready to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-based role.

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Experience in launching new products will be an added advantage.
