We’re hiring for a talented and detail-driven Web Content Writer to join our growing Digital Marketing Team
This role is more than just writing. It's an opportunity to shape digital narratives, influence brand positioning, and grow into a strategic content writer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience needs to generate relevant content ideas
- Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms
- Optimize content using modern strategies including AIO, AEO, and GEO for better visibility across search engines and AI tools
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals
- Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Keep up with the latest trends in SEO, voice search, and AI-driven content optimization
- Deliver a consistent custom writing output of 2000–2200 words daily without AI support
- Ensure all content is well-researched, fact-checked, and up-to-date
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing (preferably in digital or tech domains)
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content structuring
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong grammar
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects
- Candidate must have Good Communication Skill in English
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- A strong portfolio or writing samples is required
Practical knowledge of:
- SEO and on-page optimization
- Featured snippets and search intent
- AIO, AEO, and GEO techniques
- Content performance tracking tools
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
