We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to support the smooth functioning of our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accounts coordination, administrative support, documentation management, vendor interactions, compliance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist in invoice preparation, billing coordination, and record maintenance.

Track expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, invoices, payments, and related communications.

Support finance-related reporting and record management.

Ensure timely collection, organization, and filing of financial documents.

Maintain and update administrative records, trackers, and business documents.

Monitor day-to-day operational activities and follow up on pending tasks.

Support process improvement initiatives and maintain operational documentation.

Assist in ensuring smooth office administration and coordination activities.

Maintain company records, agreements, and compliance-related documentation.

Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of business documents.

Assist in preparing documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance.

Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking internal projects and activities.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Prepare reports, trackers, and data summaries to support business decision-making.

Support management in implementing new processes, systems, and business initiatives.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts, Administration, Operations, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Project Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
