Role & Responsibilities :
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide service updates and estimated delivery time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain service records and follow company standards.
Qualification & Skills :
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Computer proficiency and documentation skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
