- Technical skills: Strong understanding of CNC/VMC/HMC machinery and programming. Production and planning: Schedule, prioritize, and assign shop orders to meet production targets. Ensure daily production goals are met within specified quality standards.
- Technical and operational leadership: Supervise machine operators and other workshop staff. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HMC/VMC machinery. Develop and optimize CNC programs and machining processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
