Guest Service
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain casino games, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Monitor gaming areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Assist guests with slot machines and electronic gaming equipment.
Replenish supplies such as tickets, forms, and promotional materials.
Report machine malfunctions or operational issues to the appropriate department.
