Job Summary
SS Technomed Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, quality inspection, and preventive maintenance while ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC/Fiber Laser Cutting Machine as per production requirements.
- Set up the machine and adjust cutting parameters based on material specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Load and unload raw materials safely.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate cutting quality.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Report machine faults and production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Laser Machine Operator (Fiber Laser/CNC preferred).
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fiber Laser Cutting Machines.
- Knowledge of MS, SS, and Aluminum cutting.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
