Job Summary:
We are hiring an Insurance Coordinator to manage hospital insurance processes, including TPA coordination, cashless approvals, and claim documentation. The role ensures smooth processing of patient insurance requests and accurate claim handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with insurance providers and TPAs for approvals
Process pre-authorization requests
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Submit and track claims
Maintain insurance records
Assist patients with insurance queries
Follow up on pending approvals
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in hospital insurance or billing
Knowledge of medical insurance procedures
Familiarity with TPAs and insurers
Basic computer skills
Qualification:
Any degree (Healthcare Administration preferred)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
