Being the Vice President – Sales, you will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, expanding domestic and international markets, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performance sales teams.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for revenue ownership, GTM strategy, large deal closures, and market positioning of Evolute’s Embedded Business vertical [Evolute Fintech] offerings.
The Opportunity:
Evolute Fintech Innovation, a pioneer in embedded electronics and smart financial solutions, is looking for a visionary Vice President Sales to lead the next phase of strategic expansion and revenue acceleration. S/he will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for orchestrating Sales, partnerships, marketing, and innovation-driven scale-up.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Define and implement long-term Sales strategy aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Expand business footprint across domestic and international markets, especially in underserved and emerging fintech segments.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and verticals with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Foster a strong ecosystem of partners, clients, and collaborators to amplify brand and reach.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead and align all functions including business development, partnerships, sales enablement, marketing, and new market entry.
- Identify and execute new revenue streams, strategic alliances, and business models that align with the company’s fintech and electronics strengths.
- Collaborate with product, operations and R D teams to shape offerings based on market needs and growth opportunities.
- Champion customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value initiatives.
- Own and track growth KPIs and build dashboards for data-driven decision making.
- Create and lead cross-functional growth teams focused on rapid experimentation and execution.
- Drive marketing campaigns (digital, B2B, ecosystem-led) to generate qualified leads and enhance brand presence.
- Optimize the sales funnel, CRM and customer experience journeys to maximize conversion and retention.
- Build a deep understanding of customer personas, behaviour, and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Conduct competitor and market intelligence to stay ahead of fintech and electronics innovation curves.
Qualification:
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales or commercial leadership.
- Proven success in scaling businesses, preferably in fintech, electronics, or B2B technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of fintech trends, financial inclusion, and embedded systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or M A will be an added advantage.
