Patient Relationship & Coordination Executive (Full-Time)
Qualification
- Minimum Post-Graduate Degree (Any Stream)
- Good Computer Knowledge is Mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Internet and WhatsApp Communication
- Excellent English, Hindi and Gujarati Communication Skills
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Coordination
- Attend patient enquiries (Phone, WhatsApp, Email and Walk-in)
- Guide patients regarding appointments, treatment schedules and follow-up visits
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and relatives
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality
Patient Follow-up
- Regular follow-up with existing and completed patients
- Coordinate treatment schedules and reminders
- Maintain patient records and communication logs
- Collect patient feedback and testimonials
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain systematic patient database
- Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
- Support academic, promotional and organizational activities
Public Relations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients
- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
- Assist in organizing seminars, awareness programs and special events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age: Preferably 25–40 years
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Disciplined, systematic and organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospital, education or service sector will be preferred
