Role: Sr. International Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Business Development
- Identify potential international markets and business expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop market entry strategies to increase the company's global presence and market share.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing international clients.
- Identify and approach prospective clients to expand the customer base.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and promptly resolve client queries and complaints.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular sales reports to management.
4. Export Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and certificates.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage payment terms and monitor currency exchange impacts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for international markets.
6. Business Representation
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.
- Promote the company's products and services to global customers and business partners.
7. Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term business strategies to strengthen the company's international presence.
- Analyze market opportunities and potential risks to forecast export sales growth.
- Recommend product modifications or diversification opportunities based on international market requirements.
8. Pricing & Profitability Management
- Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and cost structures.
- Ensure export transactions meet the company's profitability objectives.
- Monitor foreign currency fluctuations and evaluate their impact on pricing and margins.
9. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Utilize LinkedIn, B2B trade portals, marketplaces, and digital platforms to generate export leads.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns targeting international customers.
- Maintain and enhance the company's presence on global business directories and industry forums.
10. Customer Feedback & Market Insights
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Identify emerging customer needs and communicate insights to relevant departments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Authority:
- Authorized to communicate directly with international clients, distributors, and business prospects.
- Authorized to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions within approved company policies.
- Authorized to guide, support, and mentor junior team members involved in export sales activities.
- Authorized to coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other internal departments for smooth export operations.
- Authorized to resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery schedules, documentation, and order execution within defined company guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
