Job Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our educational programs, and schedule counseling sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures clearly.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule counseling appointments.
- Follow up with interested candidates to increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counseling and Sales teams for admissions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of English and Malayalam is preferred.
