Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans, align them with company strategy, and monitor progress against KPIs.
Project Planning: Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze data, forecast future needs, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor planning staff, ensuring their skills and performance are aligned with the organization's needs.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets associated with new developments and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Compliance: Ensure that all plans and initiatives comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with projects and programs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in planning processes and performance.

Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering field, & Project Management Construction Software Primavera, Planning, or a related field.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
