The E-Commerce Manager will own and scale the company’s online sales channels, including marketplaces and D2C platforms, by driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring strong execution across listings, marketing, supply chain, and platform relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Channel Management
- Manage end-to-end operations for marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- Own platform-wise sales targets, P&L, and growth plans
- Ensure accurate listings, pricing, images, SEO, and A+ content
Sales Growth & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and sale events
- Work with performance marketing teams on sponsored ads and ROAS
- Drive GMV, conversion, and average order value (AOV)
Inventory, Supply Chain & Operations
- Forecast demand and manage inventory to reduce OOS and excess stock
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics, and last-mile partners
- Monitor returns, cancellations, fill rate, and SLA compliance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics: GMV, revenue, margins, ROAS, CAC, and contribution
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance dashboards
- Use insights to optimize pricing, ads, and assortment
Platform & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with platform category managers
- Handle escalations related to claims, penalties, and compliance
- Support onboarding of new platforms and digital partners

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA (preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in e-commerce management
- FMCG / D2C / consumer brand experience preferred
