Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 year of experience in client-facing hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies while managing end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and offer closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Achieve hiring targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Required Skills:
- 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (client hiring preferred)
- Strong experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
