Job Title: Manager, Sales & Marketing
Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in sales
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Age Requirement: 25 years old and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Drive payment recovery initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient collection processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance
Key Qualities:
- Quick learner: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and learn new strategies and technologies swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills: Capable of effectively conveying ideas, negotiating deals, and building rapport with clients.
- Strong payment recovery skills: Proficient in implementing effective collection strategies and maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
