Enestock is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to handle client communication, support inquiries, and coordinate with our sales and operations teams.
You will be the first point of contact for clients across real estate, hospitality, corporate, industrial, and government sectors. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, providing service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our drone, VR, and immersive technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
- Drone Manufacturing & Drone Services
- 360° Virtual Tours
- VR Experiences
- Walkthroughs & Immersive Media Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for client support and follow-ups
- Schedule demos, meetings, or site visits when required
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely communication
- Build positive relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Achieve service quality and response targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking ability
- 1–2 years experience in customer service, telecalling, telesales, or support preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, technology, or service industry is a plus
- Candidates based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR or willing to commute preferred
