Eligibility & Experience
- Prior experience in cafés or similar F&B service environments is required
- Experience level will determine role allocation (Steward / Senior Steward / Captain)
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced café setting
Key Responsibilities
For All Service Roles:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Follow service SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety practices
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle guests politely and professionally at all times
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Steward / Captain):
- Guide and support junior service staff on the floor
- Ensure service flow during peak hours
- Handle guest feedback and basic issue resolution
- Support shift operations and floor coordination
