Job Title: Team Lead – Operations
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Team Lead – Operations to oversee daily operational activities and guide the team toward achieving performance goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in operations and strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operational tasks
- Lead, train, and support team members to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations
- Prior experience in a team handling or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
