Myarmor Wellness Pvt Ltd (D2C brand — Bedding, Baby, Home, Pet) is hiring a Customer Care Executive to be the voice between our customers and our operations team.
You'll handle customer queries across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify — calls, chats, messages — and drive the feedback loop that makes our products better.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries on calls, chats, and messages across all online platforms.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve issues on time.
- Make outbound calls to collect feedback and handle grievances.
- Log all queries and resolutions accurately in trackers.
- Share weekly reports on common issues and resolution times.
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi and English (speaking and writing).
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented.
- Must be able to commute to Visnagar daily.
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or customer support.
Salary - Starting ₹20,000/month — higher for relevant e-commerce support experience
