As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting high-volume, leadership, and corporate hiring across the organization. This role plays a key part in executing the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy to meet evolving business and hiring needs while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
You will be actively involved in initiatives that enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the employer brand. In addition, you will support and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring quality and consistency in recruitment delivery.

Manage and drive hiring for corporate, managerial, and leadership roles across business units.

Build strong stakeholder relationships, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Leverage the organization’s recruitment technology stack to proactively identify, source, and engage top talent.

Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience through to start date.

Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, leadership, HR partners, and network contacts.

Provide best-in-class recruiting support to business partners, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines.

Partner with leadership to generate and present recruitment metrics, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making.

Support team effectiveness by conducting quality checks (QC) and reviewing recruitment activities.

Mentor and occasionally coach Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
