Job Overview
Treemendous Plants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and plant-passionate Operations Executive – Horticulture to oversee indoor plant maintenance services across client locations. The role involves managing gardening operations, ensuring plant health, maintaining service quality, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise gardeners and ensure proper plant maintenance activities such as watering, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and plant replacement.
- Monitor plant health and maintain high standards of indoor landscaping at client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate daily horticulture operations across multiple locations.
- Maintain plant inventory, service records, and site reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address service-related queries and feedback.
- Recommend suitable plant replacements and indoor landscaping improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of indoor plants and plant care.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and supervise field staff effectively.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
