Shree Narain Food Industry is looking for a dedicated and responsible Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor food processing and packaging machinery, ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machines efficiently.
- Set up machines before production and perform routine adjustments.
- Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area.
- Record production data and machine performance.
- Follow company safety policies and food safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
