Job Summary
The Office Assistant/Attendant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role includes handling office maintenance tasks, document management, assisting staff, driving company vehicles for official duties and supporting general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office correspondence.
- Drive company vehicles for official duties, including pick-up and drop-off of executives and guests as required, ensuring safe driving and proper vehicle maintenance.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Handle basic administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Support office staff with routine operational requirements.
- Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Assist with courier services, banking work, and other external office errands when required.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are maintained properly.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School (10th/12th) qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in office assistance or attendant roles is preferred.
- Valid driving license for both two-wheelers (motorcycles) and four-wheelers (cars)
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing English and Malayalam
- Physically fit to perform routine office support tasks.
Willing to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
