Position 1: Customer Executive (Logistics)Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to export/import shipments
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams
- Provide shipment status updates and resolve customer issues
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Work on logistics software such as FOCUS and ICEGATE
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of export-import processes preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Familiarity with ICEGATE and logistics software is an advantage
