Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms to screening, interviewing, and hiring the required manpower for our marketing and other roles.
- Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the Company's culture.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date .
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
