Tulip Arena is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to support the overall operations of the Food & Beverage department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supervising restaurant and banquet operations, managing staff, and assisting in achieving departmental revenue and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily F&B operations, including restaurant, banquet, and room service.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Supervise and guide F&B service staff during shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in planning menus, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, and departmental costs.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in F&B Service, Restaurant, Banquet, or Hotel Operations.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
