Marketing Manager – Job Description
A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving the organization’s marketing activities to increase brand awareness, enquiries, student admissions, revenue, and market reach.
For an educational institute such as Innotech Eduhub LLP, the Marketing Manager should focus particularly on student acquisition and local market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Prepare monthly and annual marketing plans.
- Identify target students, schools, colleges, coaching centres, and local communities.
- Plan offline and online campaigns according to admission targets.
- Prepare marketing budgets and ensure effective use of funds.
- Lead Generation
- Generate enquiries through:
- Facebook & Instagram
- Google campaigns
- WhatsApp marketing
- School/college visits
- Seminars and workshops
- Local advertising
- Hoardings, banners and leaflets
- Career counselling programs
- Referral campaigns
- Set daily/weekly/monthly enquiry targets.
- Admission Support
- Coordinate with counsellors and telecallers to convert marketing leads into admissions.
- Track lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Identify reasons for lost enquiries and improve campaigns accordingly.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage social media marketing activities.
- Coordinate content creation, posters, videos, reels and advertisements.
- Monitor website, Google Business Profile and online enquiry channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI.
- Local Area Marketing
- Develop marketing activities within the target area around the centre.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, NGOs, companies and local organizations.
- Organize career counselling sessions, workshops and promotional events.
- Team Management
- Supervise marketing executives, field executives and promotional staff.
- Allocate daily fieldwork and calling/lead-generation activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings.
- Monitor employee performance against targets.
- Partnership & Institutional Marketing
- Identify potential schools, colleges and corporate partners.
- Arrange meetings and presentations.
- Develop institutional tie-ups for training programs, workshops and student recruitment.
- Market Research
- Monitor competitors, course fees, offers and marketing strategies.
- Identify new courses and market opportunities.
- Collect student and parent feedback.
- Recommend changes based on market demand.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
