Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets for website development, software development, cloud solutions, and business email services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research target markets and potential clients.
Client Acquisition
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct online and offline meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting
- Update CRM with all client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead conversion and revenue performance.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT business development or software sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of website development and software solutions
- CRM management experience
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, BCA, BBA, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Salary Range
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate must be based in Surat, Gujarat or willing to relocate.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Familiarity with the local business market and client networking in Surat is an added advantage.
- Ability to attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
